Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not submit websites that contain malware, phishing, illegal content, deceptive redirects, stolen content, hate/extremist content, or other abusive material. Users may not spam members, misrepresent domain ownership, manipulate ratings, repeatedly remove verified links without notice, or use the platform to harass others. Admin may suspend users, reject domains, disable marketplace listings, cancel orders, or remove access when abuse is detected.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, the quality and safety of their websites, and the way they place or request links. Backlinker.ca provides tools and records, but each website owner makes their own publishing and compliance decisions.
Administrative rights
Backlinker.ca may approve, reject, suspend, or remove users, domains, exchanges, messages, orders, ratings, and listings when needed to protect the platform, users, or legal/compliance interests.
