By registering, submitting a domain, requesting an exchange, buying a placement, or selling a placement, you agree to use the platform honestly, lawfully, and in compliance with applicable search engine guidelines and disclosure requirements. Backlinker.ca provides tools for introductions, communication, verification, monitoring, ratings, and transaction tracking. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, revenue, or SEO results. Users are responsible for their own websites, link placements, disclosures, content, and compliance decisions.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, the quality and safety of their websites, and the way they place or request links. Backlinker.ca provides tools and records, but each website owner makes their own publishing and compliance decisions.
Administrative rights
Backlinker.ca may approve, reject, suspend, or remove users, domains, exchanges, messages, orders, ratings, and listings when needed to protect the platform, users, or legal/compliance interests.
