Link Disclosure Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Backlinker.ca includes exchange and sponsored placement workflows. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate link attributes, disclosures, and placement terms. Admin may enable strict compliance mode, where paid placements should be marked using sponsored or nofollow-style attributes. The platform stores link type, source page, target page, verification status, and last check results to help users monitor placements.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, the quality and safety of their websites, and the way they place or request links. Backlinker.ca provides tools and records, but each website owner makes their own publishing and compliance decisions.
Administrative rights
Backlinker.ca may approve, reject, suspend, or remove users, domains, exchanges, messages, orders, ratings, and listings when needed to protect the platform, users, or legal/compliance interests.
