If content on a submitted member website or marketplace listing infringes your rights, contact Backlinker.ca support with the relevant URL, your contact details, a description of the issue, and a statement that you are authorized to submit the complaint. Backlinker.ca may remove listings, suspend domains, or contact the account owner for review.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, the quality and safety of their websites, and the way they place or request links. Backlinker.ca provides tools and records, but each website owner makes their own publishing and compliance decisions.
Administrative rights
Backlinker.ca may approve, reject, suspend, or remove users, domains, exchanges, messages, orders, ratings, and listings when needed to protect the platform, users, or legal/compliance interests.
